One of the most famous abdominal exercises that pilates is known for is the Hundred.
This exercise is probably the best way to build a sytrong flat stomach. Unfortunately that comes at a price.
The deep muscles in the lower abdomen are worked hard as this exercise is a real test of stability and ab strength.
